At Kingdon Dugouts, we value your business and are committed to providing a top-notch facility for your baseball and softball needs. Please note that all bookings, including facility rentals, private lessons, and batting cage reservations, are final, and no refunds will be issued.

We understand that plans can change. If you need to reschedule your booking, we ask that you contact us at least 48 hours before your scheduled time. While we cannot guarantee availability, we will do our best to accommodate your request and find a suitable alternative date and time.
